 | J. Theodore Smith Chair
J. Theodore Smith is a Vice President/Group Manager with Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company (M&T Bank) in Rochester, NY. Ted has been with M&T Bank for 15 years; prior to joining M&T Bank in 1994, Ted worked for State Street Bank and Trust Company in Boston, MA. Ted is a 1981 graduate of McQuaid Jesuit High School, a 1985 graduate of LeMoyneCollege and a 1989 graduate of the William E. Simon School of Business Administration/University of Rochester. Ted has been an active member of the Board of Directors of Compeer Inc. and Compeer Rochester Inc. since 2003. | 
| Dana P. Frame Member
Dana
Frame manages staff and directs all facets of the Compeer Rochester
program, including program planning and development, goals and
objectives, policies and procedures, quality assurance and budget
development. Frame previously served as lead coordinator of youth
services - recruiting, training and placing volunteers as mentors. She
holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Denison University in
Ohio, and she has completed Rochester Effectiveness Partnership
training, cultural competency training through CCSI and YSQC, and
positive youth development leadership training through the
Rochester-Monroe County Youth Bureau. |  | Pamela B. Giambrone Member
Pam
Giambrone helps students throughout the greater Rochester, N.Y. area as
a teacher and as a private tutor. A long-time friend to Compeer, she
has served as a Compeer volunteer for more than five years and has been
actively involved in numerous Compeer events and activities. Pam earned
a bachelor's degree from Wittenberg University in Ohio, where she met
her husband - the late Ben R. Giambrone, former president and CEO of
Compeer Inc. |  | Ted H. Kordela Member
As
executive director of Family Services of Chemung County Inc. in Elmira,
N.Y., Ted Kordela oversees an agency of 180 staff with primary services
in mental health, home care and youth-preventative programs. Kordela
expanded the community clinical services from a small, rural clinic
into the largest outpatient clinic in upstate New York, including
specialty services that draw clients from a nine-county region. He also
implemented the first non-hospital-based, rural partial hospitalization
program in the Eastern U.S. A Compeer volunteer, Kordela earned his
master's degree in Human Services Administration from Spertus College
and his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Syracuse
University.
|  | Patrick J. Solomon, Esq. Member
Patrick Solomon is a founding partner of Thomas & Solomon LLP. He
concentrates his practice representing individuals in negotiations with
employers and in federal and state court. Before forming Thomas &
Solomon LLP, Mr. Solomon served in the
Labor and Employee Benefits Group at Nixon Peabody LLP. In 2005, Mr.
Solomon was selected to receive the forty under forty
award, which honors leaders who have made a significant contribution to
the Rochester community. He received a bachelor’s degree with honors
from Hobart College, as well as a Law Degree from Cornell Law School.
